In an interview with an SPA reporter, Abdullah Saed Al-Talhi, an experienced farmer, hi ghlighted the significance of the Organic Food Day, marked on November 11, to raising awareness about the benefits of organic products. He highlighted the growing demand for sustainable and healthy food options, particularly among consumers seeking high-quality, nutritious products. Organic agriculture in Taif is practiced both in greenhouse and in open-field cultivation. By adhering to strict organic standards, farmers ensure that their products are free from harmful chemicals and genetically modified organisms.
