Supported by KSrelief, Aden Prosthetics Center Provides Medical Services to 452 Yemenis

Aden: The Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Aden Governorate provided its diverse medical services in December to 452 brotherly Yemenis who had lost their limbs, with support from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).

According to Saudi Press Agency, during the project, 1,407 services were provided. Sixty-five percent of the beneficiaries were male and 35% female, while 54% were displaced individuals and 46% were residents.

The services offered included the manufacturing, fitting, and rehabilitation of prosthetic limbs; physical therapy; and specialized consultations.

The project is part of the continued humanitarian and relief efforts provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the health sector and alleviating the suffering of the brotherly Yemeni people.
