According to Saudi Press Agency, the General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques continues its efforts to regulate visitor movement within Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah through an integrated operational system to facilitate visits and enable as many pilgrims as possible to perform prayers there with ease and peace of mind. This is achieved through appointment scheduling via the Nusuk application and designated entry and exit routes, contributing to smooth movement and visitor comfort.

Field efforts by male and female staff engaged in organization and guidance are evident in directing visitors, monitoring compliance with procedures, and caring for the elderly, patients, and women, reflecting the level of care provided to pilgrims at the Prophet's Mosque.
