Sudanese Interior Minister Explores Technological Advancements at World Defense Show

Riyadh: Republic of Sudan Minister of Interior Lt. Gen. Babiker Samra Mustafa today visited the Saudi Ministry of Interior's pavilion at the World Defense Show 2026. Held in Riyadh from February 8-12, the ministry's pavilion showcases technological solutions that anticipate the future of sustainable security, preparedness, and community service. According to Saudi Press Agency, during the visit, the minister was briefed on the Ministry of Interior's integrated operational capabilities. The presentation highlighted how the ministry enhances decision-making, command and control, predictive intelligence, and security management to protect citizens and residents, fulfilling its mission of smart, integrated, and sustainable security. The Sudanese minister toured various sections of the pavilion, which demonstrated the ministry's transition towards proactive security and highly efficient crisis and emergency management through advanced technological solutions. The tour showcased the contribution of the Unified Se curity Operations Centers (911) to the national response system as well as the ministry's efforts in adopting innovation and building international partnerships in the fields of security and smart systems.
