SRSA Receives Yachts Leaders, Crew, and Representatives

The Saudi Red Sea Authority (SRSA) has received yacht leaders and crew before the start of the Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix for 2023 this weekend.

Being the regulating agency of maritime activities of cruise ships and yachts used for tourism purposes, SRSA is committed to maintaining communication and coordination with concerned agencies, providing updates on relevant developments, and ensuring operators and participants have smooth access to the information they need during their stay in the Kingdom.

SRSA Acting CEO Ahmed Al-Assiri said that protecting the environment and investments and providing logistic services also fall within the authority’s duties which it carries out in coordination with other concerned agencies.

Oliver Rees, General Manager of Jeddah Yacht Club & Marina, said that SRSA has provided all necessary support to the entertainment facility to address all challenges and facilitate the arrival of cruise ships and their crews who come to watch the Formula One motor race.
