This initiative aims to alleviate burdens on pilgrims, allowing them to perform their rituals with greater comfort and ease. It provides comprehensive logistical solutions that ensure luggage is transported from pilgrims' accommodations to their final destinations, whether within or outside the Kingdom, eliminating the need to carry luggage while moving between the holy sites.
According to Saudi Press Agency, SPL highlighted the key advantages of the 'Hajj Without Luggage' service in enhancing the pilgrims' experience and reducing their logistical burdens. These include delivering luggage from the nearest SPL branch in the pilgrim's city directly to the holy sites, as well as offering the option to transport luggage from their residence in the holy sites after the season to their home address via the National Address system. Pilgrims can easily track their shipments using the SPL application or the SPL online website.
