Doha: HE Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Faisal bin Abdullah Al Hanzab met with Spokesman of the Caretaker Government of Afghanistan Zabihullah Mujahid, on the sidelines of the 3rd United Nations Meeting of Special Envoys on Afghanistan, taking place in Doha.
