According to Saudi Press Agency, the tournament will see Barcelona, champions of the Spanish League and the King's Cup for the 2024-2025 season, competing against Real Madrid, the runners-up in both competitions. Atletico Madrid, which finished third in the Spanish League, and Athletic Bilbao, which placed fourth, will also participate. The competition adopts a knockout format, with Barcelona facing Athletic Bilbao in the opening match. The second semi-final will occur on Thursday, featuring a Real Madrid versus Atletico Madrid derby to decide the second finalist. The final match is scheduled for Sunday.
