SOCPA Announces Launch of Second Edition of Accounting Solutions Hackathon

Riyadh: The Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) announced today the opening of registration for the second edition of the Accounting Solutions Hackathon. This event aims to provide an opportunity for professionals interested in the accounting field to participate in creating technical accounting solutions to develop the profession of accounting and auditing. The second edition coincides with the accounting technologies conference, scheduled to be held next October, in strategic partnership with Aramco. Through the hackathon, SOCPA seeks to open avenues for creativity and innovation to address the challenges facing the profession. Additionally, it aims to exchange expertise and information to enrich the profession, support outstanding ideas, and transform them into viable entrepreneurial projects. SOCPA invited the target groups, including accountants, programmers, entrepreneurs, accounting firms, university students, and the general public interested in the accounting secto r, to ensure they meet the registration requirements and form work teams.
