Riyadh: The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) launched its internal generative AI platform, 'GOSI Brain,' developed and implemented by its specialized in-house teams. The platform is powered by large language models (LLMs) fully hosted within the Kingdom and integrated into GOSI's technical environment, operating independently from public models or external service providers.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this milestone underscores the organization's commitment to adopting emerging technologies, empowering employees, and enhancing efficiency through innovative and secure tools aligned with the priorities of the National Strategy for Data and AI as well as data governance and sovereignty objectives. The platform leverages GOSI's proprietary knowledge base and integrates with its internal systems, offering employees a more flexible and intelligent work environment.
It facilitates daily tasks, enhances efficiency and quality, and enables staff to focus on innovation and smarter decision-making. Initially targeting GOSI employees, the platform's services will later be integrated into the 'GOSI' application and other digital channels to benefit all the organization's clients.
The launch of GOSI Brain reflects the organization's commitment to digital transformation and investment in developing advanced technological solutions with its internal resources. It aims to strengthen employee confidence in their work environment, open new opportunities for creativity and self-development, and provide a new experience that supports faster and more accurate decision-making.
The initiative empowers employees to have a greater impact on their professional journey and the lives of those around them, while enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality. Additionally, it will contribute to advancing the Kingdom's aspirations to localize expertise in the field of AI.
