President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Wednesday laid down a wreath on the memorial at the Heroes Square here, Egyptian Presidential Spokesman Ambassador Bassam Rady said.
The president is now on a visit to Hungary to attend the Visegrad Group Summit.
