President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi endorsed law no 1 of year 2023 granting the Red Sea company for container terminals the mandate for building and developing the superstructure, in addition to using, running, operating, maintaining and handing over a container terminal in Ain Sokhna port.
The under-construction company is an Egyptian stock venture under the free zones system.
The law was published on Monday’s official gazette.
