Riyadh: Vice Speaker of the Shura Council Dr. Mishaal bin Fahm Alsulami met with a delegation from the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Arab countries in the German parliament during their official visit to the Kingdom. The discussions took place in Riyadh, focusing on the longstanding relations between Saudi Arabia and Germany.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Alsulami highlighted the historical ties between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Federal Republic of Germany, which date back to 1926. He emphasized that parliamentary cooperation is fundamental to advancing joint efforts in various sectors and bolstering bilateral relations between the two nations.
The meeting provided an opportunity for both sides to explore ways to enhance cooperation, particularly in the parliamentary domain, and to address several topics of mutual interest.
