Manama: Speaker of the Shura Council Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh arrived in the Kingdom of Bahrain, leading the Kingdom's delegation to the 19th periodic meeting of the speakers of the Shura, representatives, and national councils of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states. He was received upon arrival by Speaker of the Bahraini Council of Representatives Ahmed Al-Musallam and a number of senior officials.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting in Bahrain is set to bring together key representatives from GCC member states to discuss and coordinate on various regional parliamentary issues. The gathering aims to promote cooperation and further strengthen the legislative frameworks within the Gulf region.
