Sharurah Governor Inspects Operations at Al-Wadiah Border Crossing

Sharurah: Under the directives of Najran Region Governor Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, Sharurah Governor Muwaffaq bin Abdulhadi Al-Anzi today inspected the Al-Wadiah Border Crossing to review operations and assess the level of services provided to Umrah performers arriving from Yemen to perform Umrah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Governor Al-Anzi reviewed customs procedures at the crossing, as well as services provided to Umrah performers, including designated lanes for buses transporting Umrah performers and priority processing of entry procedures and X-ray screening. He inspected passport control operations, which have been reinforced with qualified personnel and modern technology to ensure smooth and efficient processing.

The governor reviewed health services at the port's health monitoring center, including medical examinations, provision of necessary preventive treatments, intensive health awareness on infectious diseases, and the administration of required treatments and vaccinations. He also reviewed the services provided by the Border Guard, the Red Crescent branch, and volunteer teams.
