A Shaheen falcon from Al-Lith area was sold for SAR150,000 at the Saudi Falcons Club auction held by the club at its headquarters in Malham, north of Riyadh, from October 1 until November 15. The bird is 15 inches long, 15.25 inches wide, and weighs 0.99 kilograms. The Saudi Falcons Club offers all sorts of advantages to falconers, including housing and transporting them to the auction venue, and broadcasting the auction live on television channels and the club's social media accounts. The Saudi Falcons Club auction is the largest official public sale of falcons in the Kingdom; it highlights the cultural, civilizational and economic heritage of the Kingdom, consistent with the Saudi Vision 2030.
