Riyadh: The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) is participating at LEAP25, held under the slogan "Into New Worlds," to showcase cutting-edge smart technologies and digital solutions aimed at enhancing product safety, improving medicine accessibility, and raising public awareness about its regulatory work.
According to Saudi Press Agency, at the conference, SFDA's pavilion highlights advanced digital systems used in the monitoring and regulation of food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and supplies. The exhibition features several innovative services, including a drug alternatives service that enables users to easily search for substitute medications and a restricted drug possession service that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, smart moving screens display real-time statistics and figures on inspection, licensing, and registration processes.
