Riyadh: Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) has signed a strategic agreement with TAWAL, a leading telecommunications and IT infrastructure company, during LEAP25. The agreement aims to develop internal and external digital infrastructure across SEVEN's 21 entertainment destinations in Saudi Arabia by designing, managing, operating, and maintaining a neutral infrastructure compatible with all telecom operators.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the infrastructure will include indoor coverage systems (IBS), multi-band antenna distribution systems, and neutral communication towers at SEVEN destinations. This initiative will enhance the capabilities of 4G and 5G networks, enable information and communication technology (ICT) service providers to deliver exceptional digital services, and improve the visitor experience through advanced digital connectivity.
Chief Information Technology Officer at SEVEN Abdulrahman Al-Ali stated: "This partnership is a strategic step toward strengthening the digital infrastructure at our entertainment destinations, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences and providing an advanced technological environment at these locations."
SEVEN is investing over SAR 50 billion to develop 21 entertainment destinations across 14 cities in Saudi Arabia, offering unique and innovative world-class experiences while establishing global partnerships in the entertainment sector.
