SEREDO 2026 Real Estate Expo Concludes with Promising Agreements in Jeddah

Jeddah: The SEREDO Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition 2026, held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, concluded after three days at the Jeddah Superdome. According to Saudi Press Agency, the fifth edition of SEREDO attracted about 35,000 visitors and saw numerous agreements and memoranda of understanding signed between participating entities and companies to strengthen partnerships and create new investment opportunities in the real estate sector. More than 50 government entities, private-sector organizations, and real estate developers participated in the exhibition, showcasing a range of real estate projects and investment opportunities to investors and prospective homebuyers. The projects included residential developments across the Makkah Region, with developers reaffirming their commitment to completing the projects in accordance with established timelines. The event also aimed to raise awareness of real estate regulations and legislation, facilitate direct communication, and strengthen engagement among developers, investors, and beneficiaries. The conclusion of SEREDO 2026 reflects the significant growth in Saudi Arabia's real estate development projects and continued advances in financing and regulatory solutions, creating new opportunities for investment and homeownership.
