Security Forces Apprehend Five for Attempting to Enter Makkah without Hajj Permits

Makkah: Hajj security forces have apprehended two Egyptian residents, two Yemeni nationals, including a resident, and a Saudi citizen for attempting to enter Makkah without Hajj permits, in violation of relevant laws and regulations. The five individuals were apprehended as they attempted to enter the holy capital on foot through a desert area. Legal measures were taken against them, the General Directorate of Public Security said in a statement on Sunday.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the directorate urged full compliance with Hajj laws and regulations and called for reporting violations by dialing 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern Region, and 999 in the rest of the Kingdom.
