SDAIA Academy Opens Registration for Quantum Computing Bootcamp

Riyadh: The Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) Academy has announced the opening of registration for its Quantum Computing Bootcamp, which will take place from January 11 to 15. Organized in collaboration with King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, the bootcamp will run five hours per day and is designed for professionals in computer science and related fields.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the bootcamp aims to equip participants with a strong understanding of the principles of quantum computing, explore its applications and potential impact on information security and advanced technologies, and prepare attendees to utilize modern quantum computing tools and platforms for developing future quantum solutions.

Participants will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, learning to design, build, and run quantum algorithms using advanced tools such as Qiskit and CUDA-Q.

The bootcamp is part of the ongoing efforts to empower national talent and develop advanced technical capabilities in deep and emerging technologies, supporting the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals for human capital development and a knowledge-based economy.
