Riyadh: The fourth edition of the Scientific Academy of Aesthetic Medicine Conference and Exhibition (SAAM 2025) concluded in Riyadh, drawing participation from more than 3,200 doctors from the Kingdom and over 20 countries, including the United States, Germany, France, Greece, and Korea.
According to Saudi Press Agency, SAAM 2025 introduced live surgical demonstrations for the first time, along with anatomical presentations that linked injection sites with practical injections. These were broadcast from operating rooms to the scientific halls, offering an innovative approach to enhance understanding of correct injection layers and avoid potential complications.
The conference also focused on the modern uses of laser therapy in treating active acne cases, particularly for patients who cannot undergo oral medication. This treatment was presented as a promising option, with recent clinical studies confirming its efficacy and safety.
