According to Saudi Press Agency, during the ceremony, which also honored several distinguished national professionals, the authority highlighted its milestones achieved through a scientific and engineering-driven approach. This includes the development of advanced technological solutions and innovative operational models designed to maximize efficiency and sustainability.
Leveraging its research and expertise, the authority has pioneered the reengineering of desalination procedures for the first time by adopting the latest detailed engineering designs and value engineering practices, while integrating environmentally friendly technologies that have reduced emissions, lowered energy consumption, and achieved record-breaking performance, further strengthening the Kingdom's global leadership in desalination.
