Kuwait City: Saudi Vice Foreign Minister Eng. Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji met with Kuwait's Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Ali Al Yahya on the sidelines of the Fourth High-Level Conference on the Dushanbe Process, held in Kuwait.
