Saudi, Uzbek Parliamentary Friendship Committees Discuss Enhancing Cooperation

Tashkent, A delegation from the Shura Council's Saudi-Uzbek Parliamentary Friendship Committee discussed enhancing cooperation with Uzbekistan's Oliy Majlis (Parliament). Led by Shura Council member and Committee Chairman Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Jarbaa, the delegation made an official visit to Uzbekistan. It met with Uzbek Oliy Majlis First Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber Akmal Saidov and the Uzbek parliamentary delegation of the Uzbek-Saudi friendship committee. During the meeting, the delegations discussed relations between Saudi Arabia and Uzbekistan, means of enhancing parliamentary cooperation, and other topics of mutual concern.
