Saudi Stock Exchange Main Index Closes Lower, Parallel Market Index Rises

Riyadh: Saudi Stock Exchange main index concluded trading today on a lower note, shedding 9.34 points to reach a closing figure of 11,262.62 points. The session saw a trading volume of 253 million shares, amounting to a total trading value of SAR4.4 billion.



According to Saudi Press Agency, the Saudi Parallel Market Index (NOMU) showed a contrasting trend by ending higher. NOMU gained 14.71 points, closing at 22,538.79 points. The trading activity on NOMU involved more than two million shares, with the trading value reaching SAR22 million.
