Sarajevo: The Sports Investment Forum (SIF) won the global vision for sports investment award during the Simposar Sports Conference hosted in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The award was presented by Sarajevo Premier Nihad Uk to CEO of SIF Ibrahim Al-Bakri, in the presence of senior sports leaders and international investors.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the award recognizes vision and leadership in advancing sports investments, highlighting strategic approaches that connect sports with the economy, tourism, and social development through cross-border investments, modern infrastructure, and the attraction of top athletes and global projects. It also underscores efforts to reshape the global sports landscape and define its future through innovation and investment.
Al-Bakri stated that the international recognition is a milestone achievement that adds to the Kingdom's growing record of accomplishments on the global stage. He emphasized that it reflects the Kingdom's ability to establish leading international platforms in sports investment.
