Riyadh: The Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) on Sunday received a delegation from the Syrian Ministry of Health during an official visit to its headquarters in Riyadh, aimed at enhancing cooperation and exchanging expertise in emergency, ambulance, and healthcare services.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the visit, the delegation was briefed on the tasks of the Command and Control Center (CCC), where the latest technologies adopted in managing reports and monitoring rapid emergency response were presented.
The visit also included a field tour of SRCA's ambulance fleet and a review of the modern medical equipment in the vehicles, which contribute to providing high-efficiency medical care before cases reach hospitals.
The tour concluded with a presentation on SRCA's 2028 Strategy, which embodies its vision to develop and upgrade ambulance services in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
This visit comes as part of SRCA's commitment to expanding areas of cooperation in the healthcare sector and enhancing coordination in the humanitarian and ambulance fields between the two brotherly countries.
