Riyadh: Director-general of Public Security, Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Bassami, recently welcomed Algerian Inspector General of Police and Director General of National Security, Ali Badawi. The meeting between the two high-ranking officials focused on discussing topics of mutual interest, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and shared objectives in security matters.
According to Saudi Press Agency, following their meeting, Ali Badawi and his accompanying delegation made a visit to the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in the Riyadh region. This visit provided the delegation with insights into the center's operations, highlighting the security and humanitarian services offered to citizens, residents, and visitors in the region.
In addition to the Unified Security Operations Center, the Algerian delegation toured the National Center for Artificial Intelligence and the General Department of Criminal Evidence. These visits underscored the commitment of both nations to leveraging technology and innovation in strengthening security operations and enhancing criminal evidence management.
