Cairo: The Kingdom's pavilion at the Cairo International Book Fair 2026 featured the active participation of the Arabic Observatory of Translation (AOT), an initiative by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission in collaboration with the Arab League of Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO).
According to Saudi Press Agency, AOT's participation drew significant attention from translators, publishers, and researchers, underscoring its role as a digital platform offering a comprehensive bibliographic database of translated titles.
The session also marked the opening of applications for the fourth edition of the Translation Studies and Research Grants program, designed to encourage Arab researchers to produce and publish high-quality scientific research on subjects of regional significance.
