Riyadh: The Saudi Arabian men's national volleyball team is set to play a decisive semifinal match today against host nation Bahrain in the West Asian Volleyball Championship, currently taking place in the city of Riffa, Kingdom of Bahrain. The match will be held at the Sheikh Isa bin Rashid Hall at 7:00 p.m. in what is expected to be a challenging encounter given Bahrain's strong technical capabilities and standout players in spiking and blocking, making it one of the top contenders for the title.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Saudi team completed its preparations with a training session at the A'ali Hall, with all players participating. The coaching staff focused on mental readiness, as well as intensive drills on blocking and powerful serves, which are expected to play a key role in the match.
