Riyadh: The Saudi Logistics Academy has announced the launch of the inaugural Future Leaders Program, a pioneering initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the transportation and logistics sector.
According to Saudi Press Agency, spanning five weeks, the program offers a comprehensive learning experience that combines remote training, applied case studies, in-person sessions, and field visits to leading companies, bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application and equipping participants to meet the sector's evolving challenges.
The program aims to enhance participants' leadership and operational management skills, strengthen their understanding of compliance and industry regulations, improve performance, and empower them to effectively lead teams in dynamic logistics environments.
It targets Saudi individuals and leaders in transportation, supply chain, logistics, and operations, based on established admission criteria. Interested candidates can register through the academy's website until February.
