Dhaka: As part of the Ramadan imam outreach program by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, a lesson on Tawhid (the foundational principle of Islam) was held at Baridhara Mosque in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The session attracted over 400 worshippers and students, facilitated by the Religious Attach© at the Saudi Embassy.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the lesson focused on the importance of Tawhid and on consolidating sound beliefs, emphasizing Sharia knowledge to promote moderation and enhance religious awareness, in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah.
Outreach imams lead Taraweeh and Tahajjud prayers, conduct lectures, and address worshippers' inquiries, thereby reinforcing mosques as centers of knowledge and guidance.
The program, active in 49 countries during Ramadan 1447 AH with 91 participating Saudi imams, reflects Saudi Arabia's commitment to spreading Sharia knowledge and strengthening ties with Muslim communities worldwide.
