Riyadh: The Saudi-Jordanian Joint Land Transport Technical Committee concluded its three-day meetings in Riyadh, aimed at exploring ways to enhance cooperation in the field of land transport.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the two sides discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in land transport and addressed several technical topics of mutual interest. Both parties commended the progress achieved during the meetings, emphasizing their shared commitment to supporting, enhancing, and facilitating land transport between the two countries.
On the sidelines of the committee's work, the Jordanian delegation visited self-driving passenger vehicles launched by the Transport General Authority last year to learn about the latest technologies in the field. The delegation also toured the Riyadh Metro project to observe its operational systems and services.
