Riyadh: The Saudi Investment Promotion Authority (SIPA) held a meeting today in Riyadh with a delegation from Korea Venture Investment Corporation. The meeting, attended by SIPA's Chief Executive Officer Khaled AlKhattaf and the corporation's Chief Executive Officer Lee Dae-hee, along with a representative from Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups, aimed to enhance investment cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Korea in the venture capital sector.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions underscored the importance of partnering with Korea due to its extensive experience in developing venture capital ecosystems and supporting startups. The meeting also highlighted the growth of Saudi Arabia's venture capital market and its leading position in the regional markets.

The meeting concluded with a commitment to continue developing the partnership and strengthening joint investments to support innovation and entrepreneurship in both nations.
