Saudi Film Nights Returns to China with Third Edition

Guangzhou: The Saudi Film Commission continues to strengthen its international presence by organizing the third edition of Saudi Film Nights, and for the second time in the People's Republic of China, taking place from November 28 to December 7, 2025. Four Saudi feature films will be screened across three major cities: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the lineup includes Hobal, My Driver and I, Slave, and Esaaf, with the participation of Saudi filmmakers and talents who will attend the screenings and engage in open Q and A sessions with Chinese audiences and media representatives.

Screenings will take place in prominent cinemas across China, selected for their central locations and advanced technical facilities that ensure a comprehensive viewing experience.

Saudi Film Nights is organized by the Saudi Film Commission as part of its ongoing efforts to expand the presence of Saudi cinema internationally and foster cultural collaboration. This year's edition is presented as part of the Saudi-Chinese Cultural Year, highlighting the growing partnership between the two countries and reinforcing the importance of cultural exchange through cinema and the arts.

The return of Saudi Film Nights to China reflects the commission's efforts to broaden the international reach of Saudi cinema, celebrate national creativity, and position the Kingdom as a leading film destination contributing to cultural dialogue through the art of film.
