Saudi Embassy Showcases Cultural Heritage at Australia’s National Multicultural Festival

Canberra: The Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Australia took part in the 2026 National Multicultural Festival in Canberra, which saw the participation of over 120 Arab and international countries, drawing significant official and cultural attendance.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Saudi Ambassador to Australia Sultan bin Fahd bin Khuzaym emphasized that the Saudi cultural exhibition mirrored the Kingdom's rich heritage and cultural identity. The exhibition featured a collection of photographs and documentary panels that highlighted Saudi Arabia's historical and archaeological landmarks.

The exhibition also presented a Saudi calligraphy pavilion, models representing the heritage sites of AlUla and Diriyah, and examples of Saudi architecture. These exhibits combined cultural heritage with modern design, showcasing the continuity of Saudi traditions while incorporating contemporary elements that reflect the Kingdom's future aspirations.
