Geneva: The Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), under the supervision of the Ministry of Energy, has earned global recognition by winning five medals at the 50th Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions 2025. The accolades were awarded for a series of pioneering innovations that highlight the company's leadership in the electricity sector.
According to Saudi Press Agency, SEC secured two gold medals for its portable generator and the SpotGuard industrial smartwatch. The electrical short circuit detector received a silver medal, while two bronze medals were awarded for the Manakh environmental monitoring device and the ventilation fan base for high-voltage stations.
These innovations reflect the company's commitment to sustainability and enhancing the reliability and efficiency of the electricity grid.
