Saudi, Egyptian Public Security Chiefs Co-Chair Second Meeting of Joint Security Committee

Riyadh: Director of Public Security Mohammed Al-Bassami and Assistant Minister of Interior for the Public Security Sector of the Arab Republic of Egypt Mahmoud Abu Amra co-chaired the second meeting of the Saudi-Egyptian Joint Security Committee in Riyadh.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting discussed issues related to strengthening security cooperation between the two countries, exchanging expertise, and coordinating joint efforts to combat crime. This is in line with the implementation of the cooperation agreement signed between the two sides.

The meeting is part of the fraternal relations and ongoing cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Both sides are keen to develop mechanisms of joint coordination, which will enhance the efficiency of security work and promote security and stability in both countries.
