Saudi Delegation Concludes Visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Affirms Commitment to Boosting Trade Relations

Sarajevo: A Saudi delegation, headed by Deputy Governor of the General Authority of Foreign Trade for International Relations Abdulaziz bin Omar Al-Sukran, concluded its visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, which took place from May 19 to 21. The delegation included representatives from six government entities and several private-sector companies.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the visit aimed to enhance trade relations between Saudi Arabia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, participate as a keynote country in the 14th Sarajevo Business Forum, explore cooperation opportunities in target sectors, attract foreign investment, and boost intergovernmental communication among participating nations. The visit also included signing a trade cooperation agreement in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) manufacturing and services.

During the visit, Al-Sukran held meetings with several government officials in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The delegation also visited BH Telecom, a leading telecommunications company, and Bingo, the largest supermarket chain in the country. The visits aimed to explore aspects of cooperation, enhance partnerships, benefit from their expertise, and discuss the entry of Saudi products into the Bosnian market.
