Riyadh: Saudi Arabia's commercial courts have driven significant advancements in the Kingdom's specialized judicial system, markedly improving the business environment by fostering trust, stability, and the protection of legal rights.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the primary goals of establishing these courts were to accelerate dispute resolution and deliver high-quality judgments. Over recent years, these objectives have been met through thousands of court sessions and high-quality rulings.
In the first half of 2025, commercial courts issued over 27,000 judgments and held more than 62,000 sessions. To enhance transparency and public awareness, the Ministry of Justice has made commercial court rulings accessible to the public via its online portal.
