Riyadh: Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef reaffirmed Saudi Arabia's role as a key driver of global industrial transformation during the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) General Conference in Riyadh.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the minister outlined the features of the unprecedented industrial transformation underway in the Kingdom. He noted that thousands of new industrial licenses have been issued, helping attract leading international companies and expand advanced sectors such as renewable energy, smart manufacturing, and critical metals.

The minister emphasized that UNIDO has been a key partner in the Kingdom's industrial journey. He added that its mission to promote inclusive and sustainable industrial development aligns closely with the Kingdom's national priorities.
