Saudi Arabia to Host Final Round of Longines Global Champions Tour.

Riyadh: The organizing committee for the final round of the Longines Global Champions Tour, set to take place in Riyadh from November 20-23, announced its readiness to host the prestigious event, which will feature the world's top equestrians at the competition arena opposite King Abdullah Financial District. According to Saudi Press Agency, during a news conference on Tuesday, Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation executive director Rayan Khuraishi expressed his delight at hosting the prestigious event for the third consecutive year in Riyadh. He highlighted that the finals, held outside Europe for the first time in the championship's history, will crown the Riyadh Champion. Khuraishi praised the successful partnership between the Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation and the Longines Global Champions Tour, noting its success in hosting the season's most significant round-the finals-in Riyadh this year. Meanwhile, Longines Global Champions Tour and Global Champions League president Jan Tops commended Saudi Ara bia for hosting the prestigious event alongside other major international sports competitions, particularly in equestrian sports. He emphasized the Kingdom's capability to host the world's most significant equestrian championships, highlighting the enthusiastic engagement and keen interest of Saudi audiences in following all competitions. Tops described the partnership with the Saudi Federation as exceptional, highlighting the Kingdom's high standards in hosting such championships. He also noted that for the first time, the competitions will be held outdoors in a distinctive and spacious arena.
