Riyadh: The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has awarded the Saudi Arabian Football Federation the hosting rights for the AFC Champions League Elite finals for three consecutive editions: 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the AFC's decision follows Saudi Arabia's successful hosting of the tournament's final stages over the past two editions, as well as the Kingdom's proven track record in organizing and hosting major sporting events.
These successes reflect Saudi Arabia's advanced organizational and operational capabilities and further reinforce its position as a leading destination for hosting premier continental and international sporting competitions.
