Detroit: The Saudi Export Development Authority (Saudi Exports), in collaboration with the US-Saudi Business Council, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, and the Saudi Export-Import Bank, organized a trade mission to Detroit and New York from May 5 to 8.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the mission was part of ongoing efforts to boost Saudi non-oil exports and involved 34 Saudi companies across sectors like food, building materials, IT, logistics, and healthcare. Bilateral and business matching meetings during the mission led to the signing of several export agreements and memoranda of understanding with American importers.
The mission also included site visits to major US companies to assess demand and consumer trends for Saudi products.
