Riyadh: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO), today hosted the 12th General Assembly of the Arab Metrology Program (ARAMET) in Riyadh, with the participation of representatives from national standardization bodies across Arab countries, along with several experts and specialists in metrology.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting addressed several technical and organizational topics, including reviews of joint cooperation projects, plans to enhance metrological capabilities, training and qualification programs, and the performance monitoring of ARAMET's technical working groups.
Hosting this event reflects the Kingdom's commitment to supporting joint Arab action and reaffirms its leading role in advancing the quality and metrology ecosystem at both regional and international levels.
