Saudi Arabia and Nicaragua Forge Air Transport Agreement

Riyadh:A bilateral air transport services agreement was signed on Wednesday by Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej, President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), representing Saudi Arabia, and the Government of Nicaragua. The signing took place at GACA's headquarters.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreement is designed to strengthen cooperation and develop civil aviation relations between Saudi Arabia and Nicaragua. It provides a legal and regulatory framework to ensure the safe and orderly regulation of air transport services between the two nations.

This agreement is part of GACA's broader strategy to enhance international cooperation and the regulatory environment for air transport. It supports the Saudi Aviation Program's goals of boosting international air connectivity and increasing the competitiveness of Saudi Arabia's aviation sector, aligning with the objectives outlined in Saudi Vision 2030.
