Saudi Arabia and Kuwait Forge Cooperation Agreement on Civil Service

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia and Kuwait signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Wednesday to bolster their cooperation in the fields of civil-service affairs and administrative development. Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed Al-Rajhi and Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Shereeda Abdullah Al-Mousherji formalized the agreement on the sidelines of the meeting of the ministers and heads of civil-service agencies in the GCC countries.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU aims to enhance collaboration in areas such as administrative development and training, competency management systems, codes of conduct, workforce planning and succession, and leadership development. The initiative reflects the ongoing efforts of the ministry to strengthen ties with counterpart ministries worldwide and expand bilateral technical cooperation, fostering shared goals and sustainable development.
