Riyadh: Saudi Ambassador to Uzbekistan Saad bin Nasser Abu Haimed presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Saudi Arabia to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ambassador conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. They extended their wishes for the president's good health and happiness, along with hopes for the continued progress and prosperity of Uzbekistan and its people.
The ambassador also affirmed the Saudi leadership's commitment to strengthening bilateral relations across all fields in a manner that serves the mutual interests of the two friendly countries.
President Mirziyoyev asked the ambassador to convey his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, praising the deep-rooted relations between Saudi Arabia and Uzbekistan. He highlighted the Kingdom's political and economic standing on the international stage, wished the ambassador success in his new duties, and reaffirmed Uzbekistan's commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation across various sectors.
