Riyadh: President of the Saudi Federation for Deaf Sports Dr. Saeed Al-Qahtani and President of the Algerian Federation for the Deaf Mohamed Allal have signed a cooperation agreement to exchange expertise and strengthen bilateral relations in the field of deaf sports.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreement aims to foster joint cooperation by leveraging the Saudi federation's expertise in establishing specialized clubs and centers and unifying their activities under the federation's umbrella. This collaboration will enhance institutional efficiency and expand the range of services offered to persons with hearing disabilities.
